Payment & Booking Terms

• A booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on or before delivery of the final content.

• For larger or ongoing projects, payment schedules can be split across key stages and agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Projects cancelled after confirmation may be charged in full depending on the stage of work.

• Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Revisions

• One round of revisions is included to refine the final result.

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur an additional fee.

Usage

• Final delivered content is fully licensed for use across your platforms.

• Raw / unedited files are not included unless agreed in advance.

Late Payments

• Balance Payment: Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon delivery of the final content, depending on the package.

• Retainers: For retainer clients, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each cycle. The remaining balance is due [insert timing: e.g., mid-cycle / upon delivery]. Minimum commitment: 2 cycles (4–6 weeks each).

Cancellations:

• Before the booking: deposit retained, rest refunded.

• Mid-cycle / mid-project: full fee is due.
